Missing Someone ?




Missing someone?


Every time I miss someone, especially the one I love most
I can't help but to....emote.. because I'm emotionally sensitive person.
I always try to convince myself to
 be strong and  don't quit
 I also give myself a piece of advice to
cry, but don't scream 
'coz if you do, you're being exaggerated, you might get funny to other.
I'll just look at myself at the mirror and mutter this word
I miss you
hope you miss me too..



Missing someone close to us, is common and almost everybody encountered this emotion. But we have our own way to overcome the emotions that sadness brought us.

How do you cope with this emotion of missing someone? 
What do you usually do to make yourself feel better?

  2. Happy to read you again sweet friend............I miss people all the time so if the memory is fresh I cry,because it helps me release the emotion, if it's not so fresh I watch photos, draft a letter to the person, and if the person has left this world I pray.
    Hope you are well. Take care and never be afraid to cry. It is one of God's gift.

  3. Yikes ... that post kind of hits a nerve for me.
    Missing someone is something I've had to accept.
    Yes... I've done my share of crying about it.
    I try to keep my mind occupied and do a lot of praying for strength to accept what really is out of my control.

I am missing quiet angel always and as days go by it is harder ate..and what will happen if I will finally see him and then he will leave us again..wahhhhhhhhh.."I miss you like crazy huhuhu"..ate every minute I really miss him and usually I cry, sometimes I write poems but oftentimes I clean my whole house aha aha aha..when I'm tired I sleep and wake up..another day of waiting hehehe..

    Ate this post didn't appear on my dashboard too..Hisila told me my haiku didn't appear also on her dashboard tsk tsk ;(

    1. Hi sis, thanks for sharing! :) It's so true, another day of waiting, after yesterday, there's tomorrow,hahahaha.. That's life..Just keep on waiting.. !

      I don't know whats happening, maybe some problem with blogger, this post is yesterday and i just saw it today afternoon, i got crazy thinking about this problem since yesterday!hahaha

      I hope today everything's fine na.. my post are 42, but only 40 are showing on my list at dashboard. I just hope, this will be ok na after this time..:)

  6. Right now. I'm missing home and my laptop and the internet. Ha!
    But I'm really very busy so i don't think about it all too much.
    Just do the things you love to do. That will make you feel better and keep in touch with the person you miss.
    Hang out with friends and positive people. That'll get your mind off of missing someone. But it's also healthy to let yourself miss a person or two but not too much, k.

    aww, dont worry. It happens. I hope things go out well with you ^.^
    I have to say it depends on the person who I miss. If it is someone beloved , my feelings are repressed through dreams, yes a psychological affect. =P I also try to imagine that I'm not in this world for a while, I'm somewhere else, another space. I get issues too hehe, I cry quietly where nobody would see me, either in the bathroom or outside, or during bedtime...something like that. What you can do is put your trust in God, for god erases our stresses and tensions from missing someone... as you gain this spiritual enlightenment. =D

    I just want to give you a BIG HUG **squeeze**! Hope that helps a little bit *smiles* ♥ If we focus on the next time we will see or be in touch with the person we are missing, it helps.

    If it's a situation of a loved one who has passed away, ahh ... that is difficult. Going to their grave site can provide some comfort.

    If the *missing* resolves around someone that we still love deeply but had to let go because it wasn't meant to be, that is a tough one too! Time is the ultimate healer for this particular type of 'missing'. For the moments we are tempted to contact them again, we first need to remind ourselves of the reasons why they didn't deserve us. The pain and sorrow they brought to our lives. This can help motivate us to move forward and aid in the healing process of the heart :-)

    When I miss someone and I do often as some family is far away and I have a brother that I love dearly and when I'm especially missing him I just say a prayer that God watches over him and that makes me feel better!

    It's a normal feeling of missing someone especially if the person won't be coming back for a long period of time. What is important is constant communication so we can at least lessen the feeling of loneliness. We can use the internet and cellphone as means of communication.

Hi dear this is true missing someone very special to us makes us very emotional, every time it happens to me, I watched comedy movies or playing all my fave musics just to divert my attention or jump infront of my computer to write, my friend I am sending you lots of hugs to cheer you up... :-)

  15. Hmm, when I miss family and friends I cope by getting in touch with them. With people who had passed I sometimes write letters to them or speak to them in the privacy of my thoughts. With M (ahem ;)), I drop him a line or two, look at our happy photos, and remember my gratitude for those happy moments. Happy thoughts work best I think...

  17. Yay as the saying goes it's better late than never, and now I am here Sis... well, I often reassure myself, when I feel that breathing is hard, I try to think of something better. Instead of thinking bad, I think of something good. Instead having the thought like was she busy with someone else not to reply my messages? Rather I thought this way, she did not reply my messages because she did something important for the two of us... how about that? Most of the times I fight for my negative side because I am always trying to wear optimism in me! Thank you for sharing this Sis :)

    When I miss someone, I feel uneasy. Right at that moment, I feel like wanting that someone to be sitting right next to me! I guess, that's the antidote. :)

  21. When you miss some one you really really like your heart cries with a pain and tears roll down but I feel it happens on both side though at times one may not be very expressive.
    This is what life is when you feel some one is so close to your heart but one cannot be part of your life because of many reasons.You can just wish happiness and love for your love and pray that you can get together in next life.I feel prayers done in one life will sure be answered in next....Loving some one without expecation can be so beatiful...I didnot know...
