Let's Talk About Suicide

What bothering you friend? Is there anything I can help? Let's talk about it.. Sometimes our love ones or someone special  are afraid to talk  about their pain and difficulties in life that lead them to attempt or commit suicide. Those who are hopeless and  seriously depressed , pressured or got misfortune in life. Other are in deep financial difficulties and relationship despair.

Are you going to wait till your love ones attempt to kill themselves or took away their own life? Like doctors always say, "prevention is better than cure or medication". Be alert when you see or find that one of your family member or friends behavior change. Even if they don't talk about it sometimes through their action you can feel that something is bothering them.

What is the best way to help them?  Talk to them one on one, heart to heart, show them that you do understand how they feel that moment. Explain all the circumstances and the effect if they will continue to do it. Never and don't blame them, because if you do, it won't  help, it can be a reason for them to commit suicide. People who are suffering from this kind  needs our understanding, love and care..  Encourage them to be more stronger and never lose hope, after rain there is sunshine and everyone is entitled to shine..

Can you describe what you see inside the photograph? Look at all the traces, lines, shades and everything on it. You will notice what does this photo trying to portray..

Above the wall, you can see  lines look a like a mother who is sick laying on bed. At the back of a child  is untrusted person, on the other side  a group of person sitting on the dark place and one standing. A bleeding heart that is flying . All corner are shaded with black.

The child is facing  difficulties and  painful journey in life.. She is trying to catch the flying heart even if it was bleeding, means even though she felt hurt before still hoping for better one in  the future, in this photo shows that this child believes that love is  what she needs to overcome everything. The child shows how strong she is when it comes to difficulties or trials in life.  This child wants us to see that nothing is impossible when there is love.. We can live with peace and harmony.. We can survive on everything that life is facing of.. Let's keep on holding tight on love, never give up and don't lose hope.. Love can make the world go round..

INFIDELITY ... Make Up Or Break Up?

What causes infidelity in relationship? Why there are some people commit infidelity?  Infidelity usually know as cheating most commonly refers to a breach of the expectation of sexual exclusivity. This can occur to physical intimacy and/or emotional intimacy to men or women.

Infidelity can be emotional involvement with another person, such as romantic love, time, and attention. These causes ones hurt, pain and suffering. Infidelity involves both physical and emotional betrayal, there are some involve says he/she  was pushed by his/her partner for a reason of lack of attention and they need someone to understand them.

Do you believe that infidelity is a matter of choice? For me, yes..You can ignore those people whom you think might took advantage on you, they can make your life even worst. Can lead to separation and  broken family. If you really love your self and  your family, you will choose not to get involve in any relationship aside from your present.  Infidelity is not the answer, even if how worst is your present relationship, try to find way to save and  make it work again. Constant communication is one way to help you both to start your relationship . If you think you can't handle it anymore, maybe that's the time you need to consult legal action, break it if you can't make it work again. And infidelity will not come out,  you can do whatever you want after you settle all the problem.

When someone you know is suffering from infidelity, would you suggest to make up or break up?

Rain Or Shine...

Rain or shine..  A person who is willing to be with you in good and bad times no matter what.. But some might use and abuse your kindness, took advantage on you, especially those people who doesn't  know the real meaning of being there through rain or shine. I want to be careful in telling or explaining this kind of topic. I'm not saying, being there through rain or shine is  bad attitude that needed to change. But there are limitations  too.

What about  rejecting or refusing ones favor? Do you think this can help? It depends, sometimes it's one  way to help  friend or someone to stand on his/her own, to help them realize what and who they are in their own way.  Helping them to learn and to be smart on the other side. Rejecting  doesn't mean we don't care about them. What matters most is, we are always there to give moral support, encourage them to keep moving and guide them until they can stand on their own, because we care about them.

This is just my  thought. "Rain or shine" not only me but "you and me" should stand together in good and bad times. What about you? What comes to your mind when they say rain or shine?

It's all where my dream started to bloom. A dream that I thought will change my life. A Promise Of September..

This message that makes my heart melt, you rekindled the flame called love in me. Happiness from September, anyone who received this kind of message will be captured for sure. Having someone who is willing to be with you in times of trouble is a great feeling can't find anywhere.

Where are you now?  Promises of September was lost.. Why do we need to make promises if we are going to break it? Is it true that promises are  made to be broken?  Promises even if it was broken can make us dream, makes us feel special  for once in our life.. let's make it as stepping stone and not an hindrance to move forward in reaching our goal.
