Kindness is a Virtue another term of Humanity. It's similar with Happiness that can't be bought, it's given Freely. It's indeed showing of Love and Care.
Is it true that kindness is a matter of choice? Act of kindness makes no difference to your happiness if you help a loved one or a stranger. There's no small act in every kindness, all are big and appreciated in one's heart of those whom you helped. Showing or sharing kindness might not that easy, especially if you meet people who doesn't know how to pay back or appreciate good things you've done, but the true heart of a giver is not looking or waiting for something in return, appreciated or not is not important, but what count is you did one good act for other that will be counted to your own. Kindness has to begin within ourselves.
